Cucumbers

Ok, so cucumbers are technically a fruit. That does not change our opinion that they are a refreshing addition to your table. They add a great crunch in salads, and are delicious pickled. Budding mixologists love using cucumber slices in drinks, and cuisines the world over use the cucumber in innovative ways. We love to save a couple of slices to place on weary eyes, and also use them as a breath freshener after a spicy meal.
