Italian Parsley

This is not your typical curly parsley. Italian Parsley is a flat leaf variety with a clean, slightly peppery taste that is a bit stronger than that of its ruffled cousin. To store Italian Parsley, wash and pat dry your bunch. Wrap the bunch first in a paper towel, then place in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator.
