Romaine

Romaine is a delicious leafy green with a sweet but mild flavor, and a firm crisp texture. While Romaine’s claim to fame is in salads (plus the hearts make great lettuce wraps), the Front Door Farm’s juicing crew loves the fact that Romaine is great for juicing – one head has more Vitamin C than an orange, and is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin K and folate.
