Yellow Crookneck Squash

This fun-looking, mild-tasting squash is great for sauté or grilling, but you can also slice and layer with other summer veggies and bake into a gratin. Try pickling them or serve raw in green salads. We love to add thinly sliced Yellow Crookneck Squash to pizza and flatbreads, drizzled with olive oil and grated cheese. Just don't remove the skin – it is thin, flavorful and where most of the vitamins are!
